Telkom can't unsuspend my account for two (2) months nw although monies are paid, so I'm paying for nothing very sad.

HELLO my name is david, my telkom lte sim, month to month account was in arrears and got suspended by nu debt management , I managed to pay off the arrears and even pay the installment on da 25 June 2024, I then had to pay the July installment although my account is still suspended I called Telkom more than 29 times and all the agents are saying, is that they escalating the matter to the team leader, I am really tired so hopefully putting them on helo Peter giving Telkom a zero (0) rating and will not inform family or anyone to support them im so disappointed with their terrible service.
