Telkom cant run a business

I cancelled my fibre application with Telkom before they could even connect the service in May because they could not connect. They sent me from pillar to post between their tech and sales team. Since then they have been sending me bills for a non existence service. they sent me a message about non payment and there a contact name. I have spoken to him for three times now but Telkom cant get their act together. it seems closing an account is an impossible task . why cant they leave the business to people who can run it?
