Telkom cant remove their Poles no longer in service.

I lodged a complaint with Telkom on 13th August 2022. ref number ***. It is regarding 2 telkom poles in my property that are no more in service, but is obstructing my building plans, since the poles are on my boundaries lines between the boundary pegs. I have phones telkom every day numerous times every day for two weeks . however nothing has been resolved. I have been told that technicians were dispatched last saturday however that was a lie. I need this problem solved as soon as possible since my property is exposed.
