Telkom can't provide standard services

As a business, you would think that when a client contacts you and wants to change their services from one standard service to another standard service it would be easy enough. But no after a month and a half, the credit department can not do their job and Credit Vetting is still not complete. For a Service that costs R20 more a month. Honestly, I am going to go give my money to a company that wants my business as apparently Telkom does not.
