Telkom can't provide any service

I ordered a Telkom ADSL line with uncapped data from Telkom on the 10th of January 2018.The sale was done telephonically and the service was great to start with,the lady said it wil take 7-14 days for installation.It's been more than a month and every effort to get hold of anyone at Telkom to follow up was unsuccessfull.If you cannot provide a service than just tell me so i can go elsewhere.
