Telkom cant provide a basic service
My phone has not worked since 24/2 and daily the feedback seems to some standard reply not even making logical sense in terms of the repair process. Even referring me between departments when they can't provide answers and trying to offer their other alternative services but gladly take my monies without providing a service.
