TELKOM CANT HELP YET PREVIOUSLY HAS!!!!

Phoned telkom for 37 minutes. TSHEPISO MOLEMA could not speak clearly, asked the same questions repeatedly and could not help. Told me to phone mweb. I asked for a team leader. He put me on hold for so long and came back and said they cannot assist so a team leader won't be able to help. I told him I have called telkom before and they can assist. He couldnt even pick up my line on the system. I asked if I should then call back to get assistance and he actually said yes!!!!!!
