Telkom can't help me return my order after they delivered the wrong order to me

Telkom is a **** i app**** for sim only deal online they even sent me messages to approve R269 on my bank account but when they deliver they brought my sim card with a router i called n told them they gave me wrong order n they promised to come n collect the devil since i did not apply for it, i even went to the branch in dobsonville n told me they can't help coz i app**** online now they want to deduct R400 from my account which i do not understand coz i ddnt apply for something that is worth 400
