Telkom cant handle the pressure

I dont know why Telkom has these great deals but they cant assist when you actually want to purchase their products. I app**** for a phone online -s till dont have it! After 3 attempted calls my ticket gets closed -this after I told the agent to call me back as I was at work! I called 2 different stores neither answered. I then went to the store in Paarl mall -I'm informed they dont have the phone- I will get a call the next day - no call.....I'm also told it takes 3 WEEKS to get approval in store because of backlog - WHAT?????? In this day and age to wait this long for approval. Also called sales several times- just a dull tune plays for ages no answer what so ever not even any mention of high call volumes you just wait and waste your airtime! dispite all of this I still want the phone -please callme between 12-12:30 pm I'm also tol
