Telkom cant do MATH

My phone got ******, wanted to get a replacement, couldn't get a replacement due to the fact that on their system i only had my phone for 1 month and 16 days but in actual fact i had it since 27 September 2019 and got ****** on 11 January 2020 hmm fantastic math calculation there Telkom.
