TELKOM CAN'T DO A SIMPLE SIMSWAP

Doing a simswap with telkom is just irritating processes, from Saturday I have been trying to do simswap even now the simcard is not registered. This is the 4th simcard that i requested for a simswap and its still not working.

Can telkom let us know if they are not competent enough to process simswaps coz I use petrol to go to the shop I can't be going to the shop for just a sim swap 4 times that ridiculous.
