Telkom cant deliver as per Agreement: Waiting 6 Months Already.

On 11 January 2021 we Upgraded our Telkom Subscription. We are still waiting for all services to be delivered, I have gone to the Telkom Shops as the phone support suggested I would get the assistance there, just to hear they can help me and I must Contact phone support. So No-One at Telkom can assist. They are clearly in breach of contract and I need to get this sorted out. Unfortunately it seems that there is just to much incompetency. Telkom has (Supposedly) escalated my problem every time I contact them. Almost 7 Months later and I am still struggling with them to deliver. I want to take Legal action but not sure who to contact.
