Telkom cant close pending orders

We moved home in June 2018 I am still waiting to close a pending order against my name for hardware - that I was not supposed to get - as I wanted a month to month contract I am at the stage of just cancelling everything and getting a mobile contract All I want is to upgrade my line - and can not because this order is pending .. What do I need to do to get this order closed ??? I call everyday _ morning and late afternoon and I am told that there is no telephone number for Telkom complaints - only and email address
