Telkom can't close a account

These people from Telkom are unable to let me cancel my cotract, its been more than 6 month's now and they still withhold a contract cancellation from me. We've called them multiple times, e-mailed them, and even tried to do a cancellation online. The last time one of them answered the phone, the internet was to slow for him to even hear me. What an excuse for service these people provide.
