Telkom - cant cancel my service / does NOT respond

Hi Guys , Telkom is the worst !!!!

I cancelled my service on line , and then it didn't happen They decided to MOVE the line instead - but the OLD line that was supposed to be canceled still stayed active Its been since the beginning of October and still no outcome No response , no follow up - even today when I called my query was not resolved by a supervisor or even a junior working there pathetic - money making scheme !!!!
