Telkom can't cancel contract

I took a month to month lte contract out 18 months ago. I have sent email after email to cancel it and I keep getting replies that it is being dealt with. My account is still being debited 4 months later even though the Sim card does not work. I was warned about this trend with Telkom. But obviously I didn't listen. If you are in the mood to pay and fight to stop paying then give it a go
