Telkom can't answer phones

I gave in a phone for repair. Have not gotten any response for 6 months now. Their stores do not answer calls and customer care simply explains that their stores do not answer calls, it is not her problem and I should drive to the store to get any details. How ironic... a mobile company that can't communicate to their clients and answer phones.
