Telkom cannot stop cheating me!!!

Good day,<br> My Hell with Helkom restarted when I signed up for a telkom mix on my line with an iPhone 6 at the beginning of May.<br> I was supposed to be charged R649 a month on Option 2.<br> Telkom kept charging me an additional amount of R135 a month for internet that I NEVER signed up for.<br> I have been calling every month for the past 4 months!! with no joy.<br> Last month I was told that I wasn't receiving any credit as I had been using this Internet.<br> My Answer We don't even have lines here in the area (for the number ***) So How was I using ADSL?!!<br> <br> Their reply: You used it on another line ***)<br> <br> My Response: That is a separate account number all together. I have been paying for the ADSL line and bandwidth since February this year. Why am I being charged extra since June??<br> This was my response on: 17 Sept. Till today I haven't receibed any answer or credit.<br> I called and spoke to Nosipo today who said this query is still open, nobody has looked at (since 17 Sept= i month and 2 days!!) she will get someone to call me back.<br> Where do I turn????
