TELKOM CANNOT RESOLVE ISSUES WITH MY LINE!!!!!

I have been having endless troubles with telkom regarding my line that was suspended. My number has been off for weeks and my account is up to date. I have gone into several telkom branches and tried to resolve this issue, all i get told is thar they can only submit a fault. Everyone seems to be passing the blame. I am not receiving the help I need! This is a huge inconvenience to me and telkom just does care. I have spoken to other customers in the store and they have also mentioned that they are getting messed around. Telkom would not be around if it was not for the customers. They need to wake up.
