Telkom Cannot remove poles no longer in service from my roperty

Most useless company. I have 2 poles at my residence. 14 Mitha road Tongaat. I need these poles removes as they are on my boundary and i need to build a wall. They keep esculating the problem without resolving anything. I am sick and tired of their incompetence.
