Telkom cannot or does not want to calculate

I am trying to understand my telkom bill and why they increased it.

Before the VAT increase in April 2018, I paid R549 including R67.42 VAT- so without VAT I paid 481.58 Now I pay R555.44 including R72.45 VAT- so without VAT I paid now 482.99

It seems that it is only 1.41, but on that I pay extra VAT so it is actually 1.62 ZAR per month. so 20 ZAR more per year - I am sure that I am not the only one - so do the math - just assume 100000 costumers and Telkom adds 2 million per year with a hidding price increase.
