Telkom cannot even provide shelter for their staff.

I think it is absolutely atrocious of Telkom to hire security guards to watch their towers against theft but not even give them a guard station/shelter to sit in or even sleeping bags to keep warm in. It's less than 15 degrees outside and it's been raining on and off yesterday and today but these men only have a blanket each. Truly is horrible.
