Telkom cannot even get an invoice correct unless it is false advertising.

After numerous emails and calls Telkom cannot manage to send out a correct invoice. They advertised a special during December for R399.00 for uncapped fiber including installation and then have the audacity to bill me for R1,836.50.

How many times does one have to contact Telkom to get this rectified?
