Telkom cannot even cancel an account properly

Yesterday I called Telkom to cancel our account as we are no longer going to need it. After waiting over an hour someone eventually answers the phone. I went through the whole process and was told a reference number would be smsed to me. When i received the sms it stated here is your reference number and your line will be moved within 7-14 days. <br> <br> I never requested a move as i wanted to cancel my line from the end of February. I tried calling after I received the sms the moving department answers and says okay they will transfer me after waiting another 45 minutes I put down the phone.<br> <br> I have been trying to get through the whole morning today and still no luck.
