telkom cannot deliver what they advertise

I app**** for a new fiber line with telkom in May and arranged for setup for the 1st july.On the 1st of July, a technician appears at my house with no router he says there is a shortage with routers and there is an issue with my address.he gives me his managers number ,Stanley radebe who advises he will keep me posted and make sure my setup is done.today is the 6th July and Stanley refuses to take my calls and advise me when the setup will be done.whek calling the telkom call centre, all they can say is the technician needs to advise but none of them are assisting. I now don't have fiber for 6 days and counting and no one can advise if I will be getting fiber in the near future.this is my 1st and last experience with telkom
