Telkom cannot change a Telkom no that has been ported to a free family Package
Great product But.......
I dont understand this? I have my family on Telkom Prepaid who were ported to Telkom from Cell C.(Happen a few years ago)
I want to get them all on FreeMe Family 30GB Package but i cannot change them to this package because they have a ported number??? The main number (that is a ported no can to changed to this package). ***????
One can port a no from other service provider to the contact and they can keep their no.(My son ported to this package from Cell C).
Now i have to port my children's no's to another Service Provider, wait 60 Days then port then back to Telkom????

These are numbers that need to be linked All Others can be deleted (except for above two). They all on telkom mobile.
