Telkom cannot be trusted
I've been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom since 13 July (the contract ends today, 19 July). Their online chat doesn't work, I can't access "My Products" on my profile on their site, and calls get dropped on me when I try to call. It's like the company is doing everything in its power to avoid taking care of my needs as their customer.

19 Jul 2021, 14:17Since my original review, I downloaded and installed the Telkom app. Surprise, surprise, it doesn't work either. I could not login with my online credentials and I could not register a new profile.
