Telkom cannot assist with renewal to April promotion

So Telkom has an April Big deal promo running where you get unlimited LTE for R899 per month

I am currently on the 40/40 package and wanted to renew my contract to the promo

Every time I request a call back, they say I must call 081180 but when calling they never answer

This makes Telkom the worst ISP I've ever encountered
