Telkom cannot action package upgrade absolutely horrifying experoence

Since 12 July my internet line is throttled which led to me upgrading my line to 20/2 mbps uncapped on 13 July. Upgrade was done on 16th, however multiple calls, still throttled. Finally convinced them to raise a ticket . 2 tickets logged. The first one without any action cancelled ***0 and 2nd one 2 days later still not actioned ***9. They confirm upgrade done but they have not actioned TIN. What a nightmare. Avoid Telkom at all costs!!!!
