Telkom cancels numbers
On the 28th October I called telkom to requested my number be made prepaid as my contract has ended and "Nthabiseng" who was the consultant cancelled my number. Now I must wait 72 hours for my number to be reinstated. Why must telkom treat people like trash when the request was clear of what I want. Can telkom reply so they can reinstate my number within 24 hours please
