Telkom cancels cancelation

Helkom has cancelled my cancelation request two days after submitting it to them. Which means that if I cancel now I will be stuck with them for another 30 days since it is the 1st July and I gave 30 day notice on the 29 June which mean my service would stop 30 July which I am ok with since that is what I want. Wonderful you people are definitely in line for the Darwin awards. I use the self help section on your sight since going into store is a BIG NO NO with Covid this and covid that but now I am stuck having to go in to sort out this since self help service doesn't do it correctly
