Telkom Cancelled my service after Asking to move my line

<p>More than a month ago i requested to have my line moved to my new home in hazyview. After a number of calls to telkom and going to a telkom shop twice, nothing... Today a called telkom again and for some reason my services was cancelled without me asking for it to be cancelled. Giving me no notice. So after a month of calling and going to a telkom shop to get my line moved, its now cancelled and the only thing they say a can do is to apply for a new line. Not acceptable.</p>
