Telkom cancelled my line without informing me

Telkom cancelled my line without informing me! I have tried for months to get them to sort out my problem and have gone to the store and called the call centre numerous times. They kept on updating things or telling me that they would get back to me but then when I went into the store again, they told me that the line had been cancelled for non-payment and I can't get my number back. How is it possible that that is the first time I had heard about the payment after all the calls and visits? And now they want to offer me a new number. I want the old number bac****
