Telkom cancelled my contract without my consent

Good day I am writing to hello peter as I am frustrated with Telkom, Please help Telkom I was in arrears with Telkom for 2 moths but managed to pay and when I called them to reinstate my numbers they giving me stories everyday its been a month now since I paid but I cant use my services as I was told its cancelled but they will resolve it since they received payments of 2 months I have sent proof of payment to zimasa mngceke on the 25th of May she never responded then I sent to Nthabiseng Masoko also no response

My name is Yolani Cwala case number ***3, I called them again today and I was told that the case is with Mr Msomi and he has not done anything since the 12th of June

I am really frustrated its been a while now and nothing is being done by Telkom
