TElkom cancelled my contract withgout me knowing and bill me for their technical problems

Telkom has cancelled a contract without my consent , when i asked the recording or where i signed i was told they cannot identify a person who did this from Umhlanga gate way Telkom. i logged a call reference number ***8 and no one is working on it i am told they will leave more notes to the call to eventually get attention. i want them to reinstate my contract and reimburse for this month as i did not use anything due to this problem
