Telkom cancelled my ADSL when I upgraded to fiber and 5 days later I still have nothing

Telkom had me upgrade the 4MB home ADSL to 10MB nailing me with a new contract in the process. The 4MB didn't work and the 10MB stopped working in the evenings after they 'contended' it with the entire neighborhood. So now I upgrade to a 20MB fiber, they disconnect the ADSL and I'm sitting 5 days with nothing but broken promises and no service. But I'm paying for a service I don't receive - of course. Useless.
