Telkom cancelled but still being charged

I cancelled my Telkom account 9 months ago and they keep billing me every month even though they confirm the line is cancelled. They also stated that Showmax is R69 if paid through through the Telkom bill but I was charged R100 a month, which they are still adding to the account even though I pay Showmax directly since cancelling my Telkom account. Absolutely pathetic.
