Telkom cancelled both my lines instead of 1!!! 5 days without an active number. And nobody cares!!! DO NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACT FROM THERE!!!

I had 2 contracts under 1 account with Telkom! I cancelled one of the contracts and they suspended the both lines instead of 1 which I cancelled!!!! I can’t use this redundant number which is my PRIMARY number!!!! It’s been 5 days since they suspended and I’ve called each and every single day to get this number reactivicated guess what NOBODY CARES!!!! I was told it will be activated within 5 hours. Next it was by the end of the day. Yesterday I was told it will take 24-48 hours. Today I’m told it’s going to be activated later on today! So many lies do not even bother yourself with Telkom!!! So useless.
