Telkom cancelled application

I went to Wonder park Mall in Pretoria Telkom to apply for contract laptop on around August this year. I wanted HP laptop wi ty R300 per. Month. They told the have problems on selling the laptop of HP due to price plan nit updated on their systems. I waited for almost 2 months and still not received the laptop and I went there to cancel the application. Today they debited my bank account R585 which I don't have the product and I cancelled the application
