Telkom cancellations/billing is a joke!

Worst service provider. Despite canceling my contract with them and repeatedly calling to confirm that it was closed, they kept debiting my account. Every time I spoke to their agents, they would give me a different story. This morning, I spoke to an agent who confirmed that my contract was closed and that I didn't owe them any money. But just an hour later, I received an invoice from them. When I called again, a different agent told me that I still owed them money. They're a bunch of ******.
