Telkom cancellations - Zero Star score please

After they contacted me on my first review on hellopeter, they promised to clear my credit on the creditburo's. However on www. creditscore.co.za nothing was rectified!!!! My credit score even went down from last month because according to them, I owe them even more as according to them I did not pay March premium! This company do not deliver on their promises to rectify THEIR mistakes. I have NEVER been in the RED on my Telkom account. Even my brother has problems after he gave them the required 30 day notice!!! They simply do not honor their part of the cancellation procedures and I wonder if everybody that cancels with them has the same problem. Looks like they need to train their staff properly to be able to do the work correct!! I hope they respond on this review by doing what they promised in the first place.
