Telkom cancellations department

If I could give a negative amount, you can be sure I would have given it. I've been struggling for the last week to cancel my contract with them, which I was informed when going into a Telkom store, that they do not do cancellations in store anymore, which led to more than one call which ran over an hour of not receiving any answer from their cancellation department. The irony of the matter is all their departments answer immediately, but they make it impossible to get through to cancellations. A worsted service than this I am yet to see, it's absolutely pathetic.
