Telkom Cancellations a serious headache

Absolutely useless to try and cancel something at Telkom. Tried to cancel a landline since 2016. Gave up. Used again. Tried again in Apr to cancel because we were movin in Aug. Still not cancelled. Just kept on invoicing and adding and adding and it is now more than a year later after we moved and now we are blacklisted by Telkom...because of THEIR failure to follow intructions from clients. Now we have to pay...Telkom....no matter if you are the last service provider on earth, we will NEVER make use of any of your services again..EVER.....even if I have to start using smoke signals...
