Telkom cancellation services

I have been trying to cancel my landline Telkom account for the past few months without success. The staff at the Telkom office are of no assistance. I have attempted to cancel my account online as suggested by Telkom staff but still have not managed to complete the process as the online cancellation requests information that is not relevant to my account.
