Telkom Cancellation service is Pathetic!!!!

I am very disappointed with Telkom's cancellation service, I have been trying to cancel my land line for over 3 Months now, with nothing been Done, I have sent the cancellation form, with all the documents to ********** and Still Nothing!!! I feel Telkom is holding me at Ransom Now!!! How hard is it to Cancel an Account!!! Is it because your Organization doesn't want to pay back my Deposit????
