Telkom cancellation ****

I relocated at the beginning of the year and on 6 March 2018 I sent in cancellation forms . I received the confirmation that it takes 21 days . Subsequently I emailed phoned Ect on numerous occasions. It is the 29 October 2018 and I have a bill for over 13K . How on earth can a big company be so I competent
