Telkom Cancellation Request

Hi,

My contract is due to end this month, I have had numerous calls from Telkom consultants trying to renew convince me to renew which I have told them multiple times I want to cancel. I have been trying to call the cancellation department to process this request however there is no answer , a long holding time or a consultant answers and hangs up straight after. @Telkom, please contact me to cancel this contract as I do not want to upgrade or continue with this, and I do not expect you to debit me for something i have been trying to cancel for weeks.
