Telkom Cancellation - Rediculously impossible.

Unfortunately I cannot give a zero star rating! Have been trying to cancel my DSL account for over 13 months now... Have tried the online cancellation process three times, have tried phoning the help line 4 times and have even been into the local Telkom shop 4 times... And still I keep getting a statement from these idiots! I've now recieved a final letter of demand and am absolutely fed up! Where possible, I will never ever use or recommend any Telkom service ever again... The day to day service is pathetic and the backup... Well that is just none existant... Hellcom... Another example of a South African monopoly, where service is not necessary!!!
