TELKOM cancellation of service nightmare

I am trying to cancel a Telkom contract, the instructions on the web is clear, "Go to www.telkom.co.za and select “Login” on the top right hand corner to login to your “My Telkom” profile (Login to the old Self Service Portal)" The problem is that the cancel option is not available, I can see all the services but NO cancel option, I have tried all the contact center numbers and cant get through to a support contact. I have actually tried to cancel one of my services 3 years ago and it was just so hard the service has been running without me using it @R200 p/m... Come on Telkom, you can do better than this!!!
