Telkom cancellation of fibre

Good Day

Telkom, i have cancelled my fibre on the 23rd December and to date (15 January 2021) i have not heard from them. I keep calling and it keeps getting escalated.

The common person dealing with this issue is Reena Reddy and there are numerous complaints against her on this platform.

I will be getting my attorneys involved in this matter as i find this unacceptable.
